Mini dental implants are placed by the oral surgeon, then Dr. Rottjakob restores them in his San Jose dental office. These small posts anchor dentures and partials for a secure, solid fit. The mini implants we place are immediate load, so you'll leave the office with fully functioning teeth. In about four months, the implants will be completely fused with bone tissue, and we can place your permanent denture or partial.
